Chief Executive Officer
Max Cooper is a driven and passionate individual who is willing to go the extra mile to succeed. He received a GED from Canterbury School in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. He also worked as a shopkeeper and real estate analyst. His work experience in tandem with his laudable academic record has prompted him to take on a business-minded approach and outlook to the world. This was the catalyst for his latest business venture, M.S.C. Professional Consulting. He wanted to take his passion and experience in Real Estate and Investing and move that into the business world offering advice and consultation on a myriad of subjects.
Mr. Cooper created M.S.C. Professional Consulting in the third quarter of 2021. As founder, the board gave him the role of CEO. As CEO, Mr. Cooper is responsible for formulating and driving the long-term strategic initiatives of the firm. He utilizes his unique experience in operations, client service, and data analysis to create and maintain a client-oriented culture staffed with highly skilled individuals

Chief Financial Officer
Ryan DeSantis previously worked as a landscaper in New York. In recent years, he has furthered his standing by turning his career toward accounting. He recently earned a LinkedIn skill badge for accounting, getting in the 85 percentile without any formal training, a testament to his knowledge and skill in the field of accounting. With his new-found love for accounting came a new passion for business which prompted him to join the Canterbury Business Association rising through the ranks and become a high-level executive to become Vice President of the CBA and alumni-liaison.
Mr. Desantis co-founded M.S.C. Professional Consulting with Max Cooper and has taken on the role of Chief Financial Officer. As CFO of the firm, Mr. DeSantis is responsible for providing leadership in the development and execution of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.

Chief Operations Officer
Veikko Eskelin is a dedicated and determined individual who is primarily driven by his desire to serve. He has served his local community as a cadet in the Doylestown 907th Composite Squadron of the Civil Air Patrol since December of 2020. He has volunteered as a camp counselor at Trail’s End Camp in Beach Lake, Pennsylvania. He has served his school community by acting as president of the Jewish Students Association, as well as being an active member in the physics club, historical society, as well as the Student Events Committee, and the Interfaith Council.
He joined M.S.C. Professional Consulting in 2021 as Chief Operations Officer. His responsibilities include planning, overseeing, and implementing all of the company’s operations. He is responsible for creating strategies to increase profitability.

Hanyan Cai was born in China and has lived in the states for the past decade. He is a scholar and exemplary researcher. He worked for Pioneer Academics which is a virtual research institute for outstanding high school students worldwide. There, he focused on his love for physics ultimately working beneath Carleton Professor Arjendu Pattanayak to write a fifteen page research paper about permutation entropy and energy efficiency. Beyond his love for the STEM field, Mr. Cai is proficient in three languages, speaking English, Mandarin, and Spanish fluently.
Mr. Cai became Head of Development at M.S.C. Professional Consulting in 2021. As Head of Development, his responsibilities include training and developing each department and providing direction to junior management and personnel.

Alastair Ostrowski is often praised as a dedicated leader and an engaged employee. He excelled in his role as the chairman of the student government at the Buckley School and actively contributed his expertise as a vital member of the Canterbury Business Association, the Canterbury Historical Society, and the Canterbury Peer Tutoring Program. Mr. Ostrowski also worked as a Sales Associate at Wankel's Hardware and researched at the National Society of Colonial Dames in New York as an intern. Although he is a New Yorker at heart, Mr. Ostrowski’s four year residential experience in Egypt gave him proficiency in Arabic. He is also proficient in French.
Mr. Ostrowski joined M.S.C. Professional Consulting in 2021. As the Chief Commercial Officer, his responsibilities include the management of commercial and marketing strategies, customer service, budget oversight.
